Recognized on the Australian Financial Review's Young Rich List 2024, Dr. Tran will share his extraordinary journey of resilience and success, offering insights into entrepreneurship, leadership, and impact on a global scale.

LEN INAUGRAL DINNER AT HYATT REGENCY
21 November 2020
The LEN inaugral dinner held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney on the 21 November 2020 was a great success.
The invite only event allowed 60 successful entrepreneurs and leaders within their various fields to connect and expand their network of business contacts.With strategically allocated seating and exciting activities to promote networking the dinner allowed guests to enjoy the evening whilst creating many fruitful friendships.
At LEN we aim to motivate the younger generation by introducing successful speakers who are able share their inspirational stories.
At the LEN inaugral dinner we were honoured to have Mr Harry Hoang Nguyen, founder and CEO of Realtime Business Solutions RBS, as our guest speaker. His company specialises in the development of software applications for the global Container Handling Industry. He is not only a successful businessman and a pioneer within his industry, but also a generous philanthropist. He shared with us his amazing life story beginning as a refugee migrating to Australia and his journey to success.



LEN DINNER 2021 AT SOFITEL DARLING HARBOUR

It was our privilege to have Mr Vincent Hua as the keynote speaker at our 15th May 2021 event.
Mr Hua's story of how he arrived in Australia at the age of 17 and the progression through his different careers at financial institutions was inspirational. His journey reinforced that having a strong drive to achieve goals added with a dose of hard work can grant success to even the most disadvantaged of us.
Mr Hua is the current CEO and CIO (Chief Investment Officer) of Mason Stevens. He is a highly experienced trader and portfolio manager with more than 25 years of experience in global markets,
banking and investment management. His company has over 6 billion dollars in funds under management.
The dinner was an amazing event that allowed an opportunity for attendees to meet our management team and other guests to expand their networks and develop friendships.




LEN ANNUAL DINNER 2022 AT L'AQUA
21st May 2022
It was our privilege to have Ms Lyma Nguyen as the keynote speaker at our May 2022 event.
Ms Lyma Nguyen is an award winning Australian barrister and human rights activist. She was named the overall winner of the 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian Australian Leadership Awards for 2020. In 2014, she was nationally recognised as one of top 45 Trailblazing Women Lawyers in Australia, and in 2021, she was named amongst the Northern Territory’s 100 Most Powerful Women. She is a recipient of the Churchill Fellowship and is the inaugural president of the NT branch of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association. She is fluent in French and an accomplished musician.
We were honoured to have her share with us her amazing and inspirational life story starting from when she arrived in Australia as a refugee, and how she managed to break the bamboo ceiling and overcome gender discrimination to establish a successful career in the male dominated and competitive criminal law industry.





LEN ANNUAL DINNER 2023 AT Sheraton Hyde Park

The LEN Annual Dinner, which took place on June 3, 2023, at the Sheraton Sydney Hyde Park, was an unforgettable and inspiring event that celebrated influential Asian women. The event aimed to promote leadership and entrepreneurship within the community while providing networking and mentorship opportunities for the next generation of leaders.

The evening was filled with excitement, fun, and laughter, as attendees gathered to hear from a remarkable panel of accomplished Vietnamese-Australian women who shared their inspiring stories of perseverance and success.

The esteemed speakers included:
Ms. Lyma Nguyen: A prominent barrister who had earned the prestigious title of the "40 Under 40 Most Influential Asian Australians" in 2020.
Ms. Diana Nguyen: A successful film producer and the recipient of the same award in 2021.
Ms. Tu Le: A highly regarded community advocacy lawyer who was recognized as the winner in 2022.
Ms. Dai Le: A councillor of Fairfield/Cabravale Ward and a former journalist, who made history as the first Vietnamese-Australian federal member of parliament.

Throughout the event, attendees had the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, forge new friendships, and be inspired by the incredible achievements of these influential women. The LEN Annual Dinner proved to be a night of celebration, empowerment, and building valuable connections within the community.
LEN Networking Brunch and Property Investment Workshop

Leadership and Entrepreneurship Network (LEN), a non-profit association focused on promoting business, entrepreneurship and leadership, held a networking lunch and workshop on property investment. Attendees enjoyed an interactive morning with experienced speakers on the topics of commercial property, residential property, property development and REITs. Following the workshop we experienced a delightful culinary experience created by the team at Maestria where we met new friends and increased our business network.

The LEN Annual Dinner 2024 was a resounding success, bringing together a vibrant community of leaders, innovators, and visionaries for an evening of inspiration and connection. Held at the Hilton Sydney, the event featured a distinguished panel of speakers including Dr. Aengus Tran and Mr. Dimitri Tran, co-founders of Harrison AI, and Mr. Toan Doan, co-founder of the Australasia Social Impact Foundation. Their compelling stories and insights into the future of technology and social impact left a lasting impression on all attendees.

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The LEN Mentorship Program is designed to empower like-minded individuals to connect and further develop their skills in leadership and entrepreneurship. We hope our mentorship program will be able to aid individuals advance in their studies and careers.
The Program aims to promote an enriching experience for both the mentor and mentee. The Program supports students and young professionals in the formative years of their career as well as providing an avenue for experienced professionals to give back to the profession and the wider community.
